OUR LAW FIRM
Makler & Baker LLP is a statewide practice specializing in consumers rights under the California Lemon Law and other consumer protection statutes. We assist consumers with defective products, and protection against abusive debt collectors, identity theft, credit damage and unfair and deceptive business practices. Makler & Baker has offices in Northern and Southern California and we accept cases in all counties. We do not require an up-front retainer for our services. NO RECOVERY - NO ATTORNEY FEES We handle all our consumer cases on a contingent fee basis. This means if we are successful in obtaining a favorable result through settlement or trial, the defendant pays your attorney fees, in addition to your recovery. While we aim to resolve your case as quickly as we possible, some cases require more time due to recalcitrant defendants. Unlike "lemon law" mills, we have the resources and experience to take your case to trial if necessary. |
